Please note: Our services are ongoing and require consistent effort over time to achieve results. As such, we do not offer full refunds after a campaign has launched, as the work undertaken contributes to the overall strategy and future success.

SEO Optimization:

• Partial Refunds: We offer partial refunds for SEO services if requested within the first 30 days of the campaign, provided no work has been initiated. Once work has begun, we offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the paid service period.
• No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds after 30 days due to the ongoing nature of SEO and the time required to see results. We encourage all clients to discuss their expectations and timeline with us before subscribing to a plan.

PPC Management:

• Limited Refunds: For PPC campaigns, we cannot offer refunds on ad spend itself, as this is directly paid to advertising platforms. However, we offer a prorated refund for our management fees within the first 30 days if requested before campaign launch. After launch, no refunds are available.
• Performance Guarantees: We may offer specific performance guarantees for certain PPC campaigns. If we fail to meet those guarantees, we will discuss a pro-rated refund or credit for future services.

Content Marketing:

• Partial Refunds: We offer partial refunds for content marketing services if requested before the content creation process begins. Once content creation is underway, we offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the paid service period.
• No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds on completed content, as it remains your property for use even if you choose to end our services.

• All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
